Absolutely disgusting customer service from sky. I have been a customer for 20+ years. Signed up to a mobile contract 10 days ago and still my number has not moved across, everytime I call they tell me it's been escalated to the tech department, which today I have been told it hasn't. I spoke to a tech guy today who told me to wait a further 7 working days and they'll call me with an update! (Not sure how as I can't receive calls!) Cannot access mobile banking etc without authorisation codes from texts. Pulling my hair out now and have organised for my phone to be sent back. I'll also be withdrawing my other two sim only plans and TV because I cannot get anywhere with them! Any advice?
