No access to sky piggy bank and my mobile phones are not viable.
I see some people have the same issue regarding access to the piggy bank on line.
I have four users of mobile phones in my account. To add data was not a problem when I was able to acces the phones via the my sky app. This no longer happens.
I can get data added to the phones via 150 but this takes a lot longer to do due to questions.
I was given a link once to go to the piggy bank. I submitted my details and received a message already linked. Only to see mobile phone deals and why to have sky mobile.
Why has my mobile phone information and the piggy bank disappeared from my sky app and, can it be retrieved?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Having same problem for many months simply cannot access anything on either of my mobiles says already linked but cannot manage either phone
