No access to sky account

Cannot access details on my mobile account even when logged in

Has it been working up to now or has it never worked ?

Yes it's always worked in past . Just keep getting restricted page or can't view at this time. Iv just got the sky app to see if I could view it there and linked account but it won't show either on the app or online. Havnt accessed it for a while but I have all logins correct cos it logs me in

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
