No access to old phone need pac

Hi I have no access to my old phone but need the pac number it keeps telling me to text them....

Hi @AmyBanks  you could try calling sky to see if they can help you. Call on 150 from a sky sim or use the link below and scroll to need more help at the bottom to find a number that can be used from any network.

Are you wanting to recover the pac code from the sim inserted into the non functioning phone? If yes then have you tried inserting the sim into another phone? 
If you have no access to the phone itself then you'd need to contact Sky.

Hiya, sky can't help me, my whole phone has been seized by the police as my ex partner did it. My sim card went with that! I think I'm going to try calling my old company....thank you both for your answers
