I have had a Sky Sim only mobile account for a few years now, which I very rarely use. The account is still active but I have recently realised it does not show up in the My Sky APP or My Sky web page, so I cannot get access to see my usage etc. The account is apparently linked to my account but it deffinitely does not show on the App. I have contacted Sky , I gave them my details including my email address but they are saying that this address (which as far as I'm concerned is the only one i use to sign in with) is a secondary email address and not the primary address! I gave them several other email accounts that i have had in the past but they didnt work and now I have to wait for them to contact me within the next 7 days!
Does anyone know how I can find my primary email address on the account?
