No access to Mobile phone account
I have been trying to access my mobile phone account on my Sky account, but no matter which method I chose to use, I end up on the sales page! Not an account page.
I have followed all the information given by Sky users on Sky Forum to activate my phone only to be informed that my mobile phone is already activated/linked on my account. This is clearly not the case as there is still no mobile phone account visible, no matter what I have attempted to do. Can anyone give me any further advice on this please?

If it is saying it is already linked then you are using your main Sky ID to access your account ?

Yes, I am using my main Sky ID to access my mobile phone account. Is there another way?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
