We have lost Sky mobile signal totally while roaming in Austria after reporting no data while roaming in Austria. The mobile signal loss continued while returning back to UK. The network reset, switching off the mobile and on again, reinserting the sky sim both same phone and new phone and confirming all the settings, the mobile signal was not restored.
The issue was reported through online chat in the sky online portal, but no resolution.
It was not possible to call sky customer care and also request PAC code also as no mobile signal and it was a complete disaster.
I tried buying a sim from different opertor and call sky customer care, but there was no sky customer service representative after holding the line for 15-20 min when the call got disconnected and new EE sim blocked all calls to Sky customer care number and no email response from sky customer care email
I tried sky.com/leavesky for requesting PAC code as no text is possible, but this link opens www.sky.com/shop/mobile
We have suffered a big way by losing Sky mobile network and there was no Resolution
I advise not to Trust Sky Mobile Network at all

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home.
Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.
