No Service after transfer to Sky Mobile and keeping current phone number

Hi

 

I have reset my settings after switching to Sky Mobile and keeping my existing phone.

The phone status is No Service - Help please.

Has Sky told you that your number has transferred from your previous network to them ?

Has the number transferred yet - you should receive an email stating this has occurred?

If yes is the number showing under the phone's settings?
Have you reset the phone's network settings?
Have you logged into your sky mobile account & sent the network settings to the phone?
