No SMS or calls in usa

Unfortunately I still have no data / voice / sms on my sky sim, even though I am back in the UK.

I have tried all technical suggested fixes, including manual setup of sms / data without success.. 

Just emergency calls only and frustratingly going round in circles on the sky site.. Catch 22.. How can I call Sky - I have no service to be able to ring them and the online AI bot is not able to fix my issue.. In frustration I have now ordered a replacement Sim but will look at moving from sky ASAP as their technical service isn't good. Over 2 weeks with no service and no way to fix it whilst in the USA..

Have you tried this @Steely68 :

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Set to Home

Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Set to Home

Changing the setting in "sky menu" app from roaming "automatic" to "home" has got my data / mms / voice working. Thanks for the advice..

Not sure why the automatic setting for roaming wouldn't work, but really appreciate the advice to get this working 🙂

I've tried everything that's has been posted and I still can't call or send a sms message.My wife has the latest iPhone and hers doesn't work I have the Samsung s24 phone.I can only use WhatsApp for calls and texts extremely disappointed with sky..I keep getting unable to connect when I'm using data or connected to the hotel WiFi.. I can't even call them to fix the issue

3 weeks ago I had no problems using my Sky mobile in the USA. Have been in the UK and using mobile no problem and converted physical sim to eSIM. Have returned to the US and can no longer receive messages or calls on my UK number.  Have looked at similar posts but haven't helped and mobile still not working!

Have you made sure your phone is now set to home so if it is on automatic change it to home:

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Change to Home

Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Change to Home

@caesarome My screen looks slightly different but have already got UK roaming selected and still nothing!

@caesarome iphone 15 pro and its running ios 17.4.1. I'm running 2 sims on it, a US one and my sky one. No problems with the US one
