Hi
been in USA since wed 3rd April and our roaming worked fine . We moved on from Chicago to Oklahoma on Thursday 11th and we have been unable to make or receive calls or SMS . iMessage works fine . We also are unable to use google maps because there is no data ? Any ideas because we have and 12 days in the USA and I need to receive SMS because I am unable to transfer money because it needs an OTP
please help

Do you have a spend cap set and what is it set at if you do use it ?
Have you searched for all available networks to see if your devices will connect to any of them ?

We have no data cap and when I search different networks they go to SOS !

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe issue is you are at the mercy of the networks out there of which Sky have no control over so pretty much all you can do is to make sure your roaming is still switched to abroad since your change of states:
Apple:
Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Change to Home
Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Change to Home

Try setting your mobile data to 3G and/or disabling VoLTE (on iPhone its under Mobile Service -> Mobile Data Options).

iMessage works fine . Just have no ability to make or receive phone calls or sms . Don't understand how much iMessage works
