No Mobile phone account details available

I have tried to access my mobile details im My-Sky app. It only gives me buying options and asks me to sign in. When i try to sign in it tells me there is technicl issues and goes back to original page. Me and my wife have mobile accounts with Sky and i cant access either, on the App or online ay Sky.com

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
