I've recently just moved to Sky Mobile, and I have no data/signal at all unless I'm connected to Wi-Fi. I followed the steps on the help page and nothing happened. Just got a text saying: SkyMobileUK will send handset configuration for the following services: Internet Browsing GPRS. Please accept any settings. If asked for a PIN, please enter your lockscreen password.
Did this twice and nothing happened from that. I'm annoyed I'm paying for this contract but I can't even use my phone if I leave the house! And also I can't get any SMS texts to send, I can receive them but can't reply back!

I've not been sent any settings to accept. It keeps saying I'll be sent some but nothing comes through.

I am also having this same issue, received message but no settings have come up to accept? The issue is with the sim as I have inputted into another device and it does not work either.
