Have you enabled the 5G add-on for your SIM?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

It's included but not working I've clicked the option for 5g and it won't work

I've activated the sim it doesn't give me the option yet I have 5g coverage In my area

The 5G add on is in your Sky account online @Evan6 , it's not on the sim. Look at the link above.
