No 4G when I’m away from home

When I'm away from home I get no 4G coverage as I should. I can't do anything with my mobile until I'm back with WiFi at home or at a friends. What am I doing wrong ?

Hi @ruthy5  what phone do you have ? Have you checked the phone settings to make sure it's set to use 4 G ?

Thanks for your help. I have an iPhone SE version iOS 18.6.2

Have you checked what's showing in settings, mobile service, mobile data options, voice and data ? @ruthy5  Another thing to check is in your sky mobile account settings make sure you don't have 5 G add on active as that can affect things on a non 5 G phone.
