New to sky mobile: call waiting issue

Hi 

 

I moved from Vodafone to Skymobile last week, to a sim only package. The deal breaker for me was Sky mobile use the Vodafone network so I thought it should be the same coverage for a lower price happy days!

 I am now constantly getting text messages to say I missed a call minutes or up to an hour previous with no missed call showing.

 

I seem to have full coverage so I'm thinking the issue is that when I'm on a call an incoming call is blocked. 

I need this resolved urgently as i use my phone for work. I've twice tried to get in touch with Sky via the AI bot but no luck.

We're other customers here so we cannot resolve it...  (Bear in mind Sky Mobile is a consumer service, not a business service)

 

You'll have to persevere in contacting Sky directly.  (Work around the bot to speak to someone)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
