Hi, I'm a new Sky Mobile customer, having purchased a new iPhone16 on contract. When purchasing the phone I went through everything including adding "Trade in your old device and get extra value after checkout" for which I received a quote and agreed to.
I've received my phone, set it up, switched to sky, and reset my phone for trade in. I've boxed it in the box provided but haven't received a label to send it back as it says on said box.
I've been through all my emails and can find nothing about trading in an old phone for non-existing Sky customers.
Help please!
