New sim with sky not showing on app was with sky before.

Just received new sim because better deal was with sky anyway but new sim not showing on app keeps coming up activate even though I already have activated.

Hi @MarkSmith777 are you sure you haven't activated it as a replacement sim ? Is your old sim still working ?  Are you aware you can't port a sky number from one sim to another so a new sim/ plan would come with a new number.
