New sim in a router in campervan.

Hi, I had previously set up a new sky sim in a router in my campervan. That sim was cancelled as campervan was faulty so I cancelled the sim.

Now have a new campervan so I ordered another new sim but I cannot activate it as sky want a pac or stac code. As the sim is in a router I cannot send a text.

Any clues please.

You shouldn't need a Pac or Stac code if all you are trying to do is to just activate it so if you can't do this onlune yourself you will have to call Sky to ask them to do this for you.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
