Iv done my PAC so I can keep my number but no one can contact me still on my original number from EE it's still the new number but I need the old number of mine

When did you give Sky the pac code so have they told you that your number has now transferred to the Sky sim ?

If Sky have confirmed the transfer is complete then try a network reset.
