Discussion topic: New sim but need old number

So I made a mistake and bought a new phone instead of using the upgrade option. This means I have 2 phones and 2 sims on my account now. I want to keep the new sim as the data plan is more but transfer over my old number. Is this possible?

Hi @Jebbisc not easily. You have two options, transfer your old number to another network with a PAC then port back onto your new sim (you can't port from sky sim to sky sim) or call sky and ask if they would put the new plan on your old sim (they may not) and then cancel the new sim.

I gave them a call and was helped by the amazing Cathy.

She switched my plan back to my old Sim and cancelled the new one.
