New sim activated and somebody else is using that number
Took out new phone and new sim got new number when activated the sim just downloaded what's app and had random messages from someone saying it's there phone number what can I do ?

The number isn't new and all mobile numbers across all mobile network are recycled so when someone cancels a number it then goes into a large pool of them so what has probably happened here is someone has had that number prior to you. All you can do is to call Sky on 150 explain to them what has happened and ask them to cancel it and to order you another one and while there is always the chance this could happen again you would have to be pretty unlucky if it was to.
