I recently purchased a samsung S25 from sky, set it up, transferred my data, set a security PIN, activated the sim, gave in my PAC code and once the data transfer had finished went to access the phone and it would not recognise my PIN. I know I enetered it correctly as it is a well known 4 digit number to me. I now can;t even use this phone and its causing me a lot of stress. I can;t seem to factory reset either so am stuck
