New phone, trying to resend internet APN settings but its unavailable

I need the Sky Mobile APN internet settings for my new phone. Using MySky to resend the settings it says it is unavailable, come back later. I came back later but still unavailable. I have no data internet! Tried using some manual settings for the APN but they don't work. When will the MySky Resend service be available again?

After creating the settings yourself did you do a reboot of your phone ?

I have now rebooted the phone but the data internet is not working. The MySky service is still not available. Thanks for the thought. Maybe the manual settings I found are not the correct ones.

It's now day 3 and 'Request Network Setting' is still unavailable. It's about time Sky fixed it.

Hi I think I have the same issues. The sky app bot is not helpful. Online help neither. I have now been msging on fb but again no one seems to understand the problem. I cannot cann sky support either since I cannot connect to the network. Great when things work but real customer service becomes visible when there are issues. If they find the solution I ll share

Name: Sky Mobile Internet

APN: mobile.sky

Yes but it took several attempts from other misleading posts to get the settings right. I have found a config, now, that seems to work. It's a shame there is no definitive manual config published by Sky. 

I have also contacted Sky Help on 'X' about their broken website for Request Network Settings. They have replicated the problem and are now going to repair the service. They didn't know it was broken...
