New phone swap over..

Hi, My old phone contract finished, I didnt owe any more money on it.

I ordered a new phone but have put my old sim card in it and now it seems both contracts are still live.

Was I supposed to put a new sim into my new phone?

My old phone and contract should have ended and cleared from my account, what do I need to do please?

What makes you say this ?

Is the credit agreement on your other phone been paid off in full, to see what is left to pay go to your "My Payments" section here:

Re: New phone swap over..

O my sky mobile account it states there are 2 sims live, this makes me think that I shouldnt have put my old sim card from my old device into my new phone?

Was this the correct thing to do or do I need to put a new sim card into my new phone?

I dont want to be paying for two sim cards if I dont need to. I have given my old phone away now so it should be removed from my sky mobile account and it should just show one contract and one sim card being live.

I see what is happening now...

You can use your current sim in your new phone but if in error you activated the new sim card that you ordered/sent then you will need to call Sky on 150 to have them cancel it so going forward you only have and are paying for one sim.
