Old samsung A12 playing up so bought a samsung Galaxy A15.

Need advice on how to move sim from old phone to new one. Do I need to talk to Sky?

Hi @zzxs all you need to do is move your sim from the old phone to the new one. Nothing else.

Assuming it's a physical SIM then you remove it from the old phone and put it in the new one, as above...
