I have purchased a mobile phone from you yesterday and I received it today, but I had not checked its price elsewhere and I thought the price was the same as elsewhere, the Apple website itself sells this mobile phone for £1,399 , but I bought it for £1,533. It means that you sold it to me for 133 pounds more expensive, and that's why I want to cancel it and return it to you.

Find out more@Younes If this is a new device you no longer want then as long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.

Always do your homework... The price is not hidden and Sky do charge higher than other stores for certain products.
