New phone, now a new number!

I bought a new iphone 15, followed all the steps and inserted my new sim and restored etc.  I know have a new number I dont want, and the old sim is still active.  I have no way of actually speaking to someone from sky to sort this and I need this number for work - Help!!

@steve1606  Did you already have a sim from Sky?  If so you did not need a new sim.  You need to use the old sim instead.  You will need to call Sky on 150 from your mobile to cancel the new sim.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Is there an issue in calling 150?

 

(As noted above just put your 'old' SIM in the new phone)
