I received a new phone at Christmas, with a nano sim. Texts come through okay but when it comes to emails the message appears 'No internet connection.' My old HTC is still picking up emails but I get 'No service' message for texting or phoning. Do I need to do something here on Sky to correct this or go to my phone service provider?

You could try disabling your phones Wifi connection and then after a minute or so enabling it again.
