Am already a sky mobile customer and have recently upgraded my phone and data package.
my new sim has arrived but I can't activate it. I don't want to change my number but on the "activate my sim" page it's asking for a PAC but when I add the code it says I can't use that as am already an existing customer
help please

Either use the sim you already had in your new phone and don't activate the new sim with the new data package.
Or activate the sim new sim then port the old sim's number to a PAYG network, then port it back to the new sim.

Thanks- but how do I port it to a Payo network?

Then when your existing number is now on the PAYG network you get another Pac to move it back to the new Sky sim.
