I'm an existing customer with sky sim and new phone has arrived and a new sim which was on a deal ...do I need to cancel my old sim (currently in my new phone) or can my new deal sim be transferred to old sim ? I've been told the new sim if activated will mean my number has to change (sky help twitter said this ) any advice please
old sim £11 pm 8gb
new sim £5.50pm 10gb

Find out moreThe deal you got with the sim will only be on the new sim so it will need to be activated, this will mean that it will have a different number and unless you cancel the other one (and you can only do this if you have had it for 12 months or more) you will be paying for 2 sims.

alternatively, see if Sky will apply the new offer to your existing sim.
