New phone has been stolen

I really need help with my issue as my new mobile fone has been stolen and I need to cancel that one and hopefully get a new one sent out to me plz asap as. I'm so gutted and lost and don't no how to work this out??

Sky won't send out a replacement device. You have to continue to pay for the stolen one. Hopefully you have it insured.
