Hi

I ordered ne Iphone and a sim. Phone has arrived but no sim. Does it come separately?

Usually the sim would come with the phone so perhaps give it a few more days and if it hasn't turned up you can order the sim again by selecting a data package via here:

https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/plans

If you do end up with two of them then only activate one of them as the other will then be cancelled.
