New phone being delivered today

Expecting new phone today, currently have Sky sim only contract, how do I cancel sim only contract and make sure I keep my number? Cheers

Sorry, I should have said my new phone is with Sky and the sim only contract is also with Sky,

Just use the same sim in the new device, no need to cancel it, if you did you'd lose the number, you can't port the number from one Sky sim to another.

Ahhh ok I get it, thing is when I ordered the phone I also ordered the 50gb data with it so will that get transferred onto my current sim once I put it in the new phone? Sorry for all the questions!

No the 50GB will not transfer to the sim you have as you will contract will continue with whatever data package you are currently n with your current sim so do not activate the new one when it turns up.
