New phone and theyre sending esims?

Two questions, one, ordered new phone, s24 and ordered 2 new sim cards for me and my grandson,  will I have to cancel old ones, as was sim only contract

Second, noticed on email they sent I'm getting e-sims, I know mine will be compatible but will his be OK in his iPhone?

Thanks

If you want to use the SIM cards you already have then do not activate these ones when they arrive as they will be cancelled after 30 days so you will not be charged for them.

Re: New phone and theyre sending esims?

Got another question, they've sent me a lead but neither end has an USB end. What's this for please?

Also no charger, bit stingy after paying nearly a grand for a phone!

Oh and how do I claim my free Galaxy watch, you get no info or guidance when you spend all this money

Samsung and the likes of Apple do not supply chargers and have done so for a little while now.

To get your claim in for the watch you can do that here:

https://samsungoffers.claims/sam/giftwatch6

To claim upload a picture of an email about your order and also upload your credit agreement. Put the agreement number in the order number tab without the letters.

Your credit agreement can be found in your message centre:

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.

" A USB Type-C data cable to attach the smartphone to the charger plug is included in the package.

USB-C is the most common type of charger for smartphones and other mobile devices, allowing for high speed data transfer and power flow, and it charges your phone more quickly. The USB-C cable is also reversible, can be plugged in either way round and used across Samsung Galaxy devices, so that new models of smartphones are still compatible with older chargers. "

Also no charger, bit stingy after paying nearly a grand for a phone!

"  Samsung smartphones come with a USB Type-C data cable, but they do not come with earphones or a charger plug in the box because we want to minimise the impact our products have on the environment.

More and more Galaxy users are making sustainable choices in their daily lives to promote better recycling habits. To support our Galaxy community in this journey, we have removed earphones and charger plugs from Samsung Galaxy smartphone boxes.

Samsung believes the removal of earphones and charger plugs from our in-box device packaging can help address the growing e-waste problem and unnecessary duplication of these items.

Existing Galaxy users are encouraged to continue using their current earphones and charging plug, while new users will need to purchase this separately. Samsung chargers are now available at new lower prices. Find out more about purchasing chargers on the Samsung Store. You can also find more information about purchasing earphones on the Samsung Store. "
