New phone - Can’t link account
New phone and SIM just arrived. In order to activate SIM I need to link the accounts. Each time I enter my details I get a 'whoops' error.
is the system down? Is this a known error.

The chat bubble will not be sent until tomorrow morning now as this link explains and shows you what it is:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
