New number seems to be a duplicate
I have set up a new sim for my son with a new number and when I tried to load WhatsApp onto his phone it seemed to recognise the number and send a code to an iPhone that we don't have.
can anyone please advise if they have experienced issues like this in the past

Re: New number seems to be a duplicate
@Gobbo1 The number can't be a duplicate number, it's more likely someone had that number before you and have not updated thbeir whatsapp settings.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
