Any new dataplan you activate will have a new phone number and it will be in addition to any existing plans.

You simply need to move the old SIM from the old phone to the new phone.

Assuming you are within your cooling off period (31 days) then call Sky (on 150) to cancel the new dataplan you've activated.

Alternatively, there is a protracted workaround of porting your number out of the network and back in again.

Hi @LouiseJT  if you ordered a new sim then that will have a new number. If you activated the new sim then you will be charged for the new and old ones. If you don't want a new number then call sky on 150 to cancel the new one.
