New mobile and data plan

Hi - I was previously on a data only plan. I've upgraded my handset and data plan via a new contrqct and received my new handset and a new SIM card today. I'm not sure which SIM I need to use in my new handset, my old one, which I assume maintains my old number but also my old data plan... or the new SIM which I assume will have the new data plan but not my old number. I also have 2 entries under my name on our SKY mobile house account which I need to consolidate too. Please advise.

Hi @EmmaLazz  as you have stated your old sim will have the old plan and the new sim will have the new plan and number. You can't easily port your old number to the new sim. You could try calling sky to see if they can give you the new plan on your old sim but they may not. Calling will also be needed to resolve account issue. Call on 150.
