New iPhone not receiving texts from Android

I have switched from Samsung on Vodafone to iPhone on Sky. Everything seemed to be working fine and my number has ported over, however, I've discovered that I'm not receiving texts from Android phones. I can text them but I'm not receiving replies. Have tried network reset and checked that my ported number is in settings. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks

So this can be investigated you will need to call Sky and the free number to call them on is just 150 as I should imagine they will need some examples so they can be past into the relevant team to look into for you.
