New device delivery.

Ordered a new device from sky, dpd delivering. I work 6am to approx 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Missed delivery 3 or 4 tines so far. Contacted dpd and have been told to use vip service to arrange specific time. When I go to change delivery all options are unavailable except change delivery day. I live alone and no one available to house sit etc. Available days are Monday to Friday and no option to advise re: when someone is in. Any advise greatly appreciated Regards Leigh

@Mallakye  I'm afraid you'll need to call Sky to check for VIP delivery dates, other than that if you can't be home then the devioce will simply be returned and your order cancelled.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
