New contract for 2 phones

Hi I just order 2 new s24 ultra when I was buying the contract it's says 24 months but when I signed the agreement it's 36 months ? If its 36 month I would like to cancel the order as I can get same price for 24 months.

Swap24 is a 36 month contract so what this means is that after 24 months you can if you want swap for another device as the remaining 12 months will be paid off by the value Sky gives you for the device. If you don't want to swap the remaining 12 months should see your monthly bill be reduced until the devices have been paid off.

 

To cancel this order you will need to call Sky.
