I got a new phone and contract with Sky last week. I have followed all steps and it appears the sim is now set up including eSIM and my old Vodafone sim does not work.
I can receive calls and texts but I cannot make any calls, texts or access mobile data. My number won't connect to iMessage either.
I've tried everything I can think of in device help and nothing is working.
I can't call sky as my old sim is no longer working and this new one won't let me make calls.
please can anyone help?
