New Sky mobile looking for PIN but I do not have one

Received my Xaomi5, just switched to SKy, I CANNOT ACCESS the phone because it keeps requesting a PIN which I do not have please help!!!

PIN for what?  Sky don't sell those phones?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
