I have upgraded my sky phone after finishing paying for my old sky mobile.
it has arrived and I have transfers everything to new phone.
i have put my old phone sky sim card into the new, as I am continuing to pay the current sim plan.
but, it won't work/activate on new phone? What am I doing wrong?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAll you should need to do is to put the sim in the phone then it should start working so try getting the APN settings sent to if you can.
This should be what you need to do:
Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.

Thank you for trying to help me - I am at my wits end trying my best to contact Sky and can't as I cannot make any phonecalls!!! This has not worked as I can't recieve messages either only through whtaspp!
