New Sim Query

I have received my new sim but i need one with a new number?

@Tim1985  Have you activated the sim?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

No as I need to phone sky as I will only need 1 SIM with sky now

If you had two sims and you didn't activate the other one it will have been cancelled by now as you have 30 days to do it and it has been more than this since you posted on here last year about this.
