I have just transfered my phone number to a new Sky Sim and is working.
I now want to convert the Sim to an E-Sim but on the step which is doing the Security Check I get "Sending Failed" when trying to send the security code
Can someone assist? I tried to go through the chatbot but was no help

@JWilliams7529 I've got this problem too! I spoke to Sky via their escalation process and was assured 'technicians' were looking into it. A few weeks later the last message I received was this was an ongoing problem and just to keep trying as the 'technicians" try to rectify the issue. The chat/case was then closed and I've had no further contact. Looking on these forums, this is a BIG issue that the @Sky is either unwilling to publicly acknowledge or worse they don't care about fixing what should be now considered a vital service to phones they sell as dual sim products. I have considered a legal process as I'm sure on some level this falls under the Misselling of Goods Act (don't quote me on that). Either way, I'm a month into this issue and no resolution.
If anyone finds a fix let me know!

I got the same issue. Still not resolved. Spoke to the sky team about this. They asked me to order a replacement SIM which I dit. But still getting the same error message.

Sky don't care about it. I have the same issue for more than a month now. Still not resolved

As of this morning the issue seems to be resolved. I have now been successfully able to convert to eSIM!
