New SIM

I have inserted new SIM but delayed somewhat and now find I have mislaid activation cide

@hgjjjkk  You'll need to order a new sim if you no longer have the activation code. as the sim/deal may have expired in any case. https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/plans

 

If the sim shows on your account still try ordereing a replacement sim https://www.sky.com/myaccount/mobile/sim/x/replace-sim

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @hgjjjkk  if you have a different sky sim call them on 150 and they will activate it. If you don't then you will need to order a new one.
