New Phone & Sim added to a different account?
Hi all,
I was signed in on my Sky account when I purchased a new phone and sim but they are not showing on my account.
This has happened once before when I purchased an ipad and it ended up on another account. It took multiple calls to Sky to work out how to access the second account to access the details for it.
I'm guessing I now have a third account but wondering if anyone knows how I can access it without spending time on the phone to Sky? I got the email about the sim where it prompts you to set up an account but when clicking the link it says it is already registered.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Im not sure if this will work but it is worth a try otherwise you will need to call in again:
A way to check which Sky ID's a linked to an account is by clicking the "forgotten username" link when signing in and it will show you all the emails/sky ID's associated with your account, which you can then try and log in with.

Cheers for the idea but it just sends me my primary accounts username which is just my email address.
Looks like a call to Sky is needed.

Hour on the phone and they can't solve the issue.
The new phone/sim is assigned to an account already but they are unable to link it to my account or a new account that they asked me to create. This leaves me with no access to the phone payment information or the sim settings.
Do sky have any experts for issues like this as the script readers in support cannot do anything.
