New Ipad & sim - no data - Sky Account shows 0 bytes

Hi there,

 

New ipad and sim, activated today. On a 2gb plan but on my sky account is shows the sim activated but 0 bytes. 

 

Any ideas as to how to get sky to add the monthly 2gb, it shows that I am on that plan. Reset the ipad several times, rechecked sim card. Note that I can roll data to the device and that works fine.

Hi @Keaver5 in the first month you don't get the full allowance as it's pro ratered to your first billing date which is normally a week or so after receiving it. So I would expect a smaller first month allowance but not zero. Call sky free on 150 and they will look into it for you.
