I left my old provider and got a PAC which I sent as I want to keep my phone and number. I received a message saying that my number will transfer on Monday (January 22). I lost network coverage from my old provider yesterday, but when I put the Sky sim in (sim activated last Thursday Jan 18th), the network was locked. On top of that, I am already being charged by Sky despite not having access to the network. So I am not able to make and receive calls.
Another thing, when I put in my sim from the old provider, I see that my number still comes up on that sim. I thought it was transferred to Sky as it is showing that it has transferred. I am very confused.
I use my phone for work, so I need this ASAP.
Appreciate any help with this.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@AndyT205 Did you buy the phone your using from Sky or from another provider?
If it came from another provider then you will need to contact them and ask them to unlock it.
